Why Foldercrate

  • Hosted in Switzerland. Customer content and core product data are stored on Swiss infrastructure that runs on renewable energy. Payments are processed separately by Stripe.
  • Independent since 2013. Foldercrate has been self-funded since it started in Solothurn. Product decisions don't depend on investors, a funding round or a planned sale.
  • Focused products. Each product covers one area and is developed for that purpose. All five share the same infrastructure and design standards.

Our story

Foldercrate started in Solothurn in 2013. Its first product, launched in 2015, was a privacy-focused platform for cloud storage, collaboration and email.

In 2019 we moved away from the single platform and began building smaller products, each covering one job. Bravli launched in 2023, Uptimewolf and Snippli followed in 2024, Smart SEO Audit in 2025 and Logiwolf in 2026.

Today more than 480,000 users rely on these products, and development is still financed by the products themselves.
